Look at the pictures. They are very clean and new looking. They were never installed in any car and have been climate controlled smoke free storage my closet out of the sun weather ever since I had them. I bought them in the mid 1980from gm to use on a pace car was working.
I only ship to the lower 48 states USA. What you see is get. They are most likely about as good you can get for nos seat belts that roughly 30 years old. I have no way of telling if the color has turned over years.
